Shango was a king and is known as a very powerful god of the Yoruba faith. He is known as the god of: Thunder, fire, lightening, virility, justice, to name a few. A few entities that are attributed to him are the double axe, color: red & white, numbers: 4 & 6, iron, cowrie shells and day: Friday. He is a god known for initiating change through actions.
